We are seeking a friendly Front of front-of-house phone Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front of the house.Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Take accurate customer orders and provide information about menu items. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude. Process payments and ensure accurate order entry into the system. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed, including greeting customers and managing takeout orders.
Qualifications:
Restaurant/fast food experience preferred (1 Year)
