Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our fun & friendly team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests. You will play a crucial part in the overall dining experience by assisting with food running, taking orders, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality.

This role is Part-time & Permanent. We will require you to have availability to work evenings and weekends. If you have availability to work lunches throughout the week, this is a bonus! We open Monday-Saturday 12-3 / 5.15-late and are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service areas. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation during service times. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. A passion for guest services with a friendly demeanour and positive attitude. Ability to work well within a team while also being able to take initiative when required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Barista & bar experience is a plus.
