Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in our three rosette dining room, bar area's and gardens, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, coordinating with kitchen operations, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service at a minimum of 2 rosette level, with excellent team skills.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and take orders promptly with a friendly, professional attitude. Deliver drinks, cocktails, and food (when required) with precision, ensuring the correct order, presentation, and timely delivery. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining area. Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Assist in replenishing stations and supporting the team during peak times.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Experience in food production or cooking is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficient in bartending skills is considered a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
