We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional guest services. Duties

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently to optimise seating arrangements Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner Provide attentive guest services, addressing any special requests or concerns with professionalism Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including table setting and clearing Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage basic maths calculations for bills Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Uphold food safety protocols and health & safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Basic maths skills for handling payments and billing processes Experience in serving, culinary arts, or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
