Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This position involves engaging with customers, managing their orders, and supporting the overall operations of our pub and restaurant.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured for food preparation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members alike.
