Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and flexible Front of House Staff/Bartender's to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Provide assistance to guests as needed, demonstrating a strong sense of hospitality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential.
The role is predominately weekends, however, we are looking for a candidate who is flexible to cover some weekday shifts, holiday cover and sick cover. Candidates must be flexible.
