Ensuring visitors and contractors are directed to the appropriate area, office or person. Keeping the front desk area clean and organized to ensure the reception area is welcoming and professional at all times. Handle any mail or deliveries and distribute them accordingly. Address guest or customer concerns and assist with any inquiries or requests. Ensuring the tenants and clients are satisfied with the services that is provided by resolving issues or escalating to the appropriate staff. Ensuring that only authorized personnel enter secure areas. Be aware of emergency procedures and assist guests during emergencies if required.
