About Us

Sears Pizza is a local, independent pizza company serving up delicious pizzas in a laid-back, friendly environment. We're opening a brand-new branch in Marchmont, Edinburgh, and we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our crew.

The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of Sears Pizza--welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food, and helping to create a warm, upbeat atmosphere. Whether it's dine-in or takeaway, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude Take orders and process payments using our till system Serve food and drinks to tables efficiently and accurately Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and inviting Assist with takeaway and delivery orders Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Handle customer queries and feedback positively Follow all hygiene and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Great people skills and a team-player attitude Friendly, reliable, and confident under pressure Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential) Willingness to work evenings and weekends Strong communication and time management skills A genuine passion for food and customer service
