What you'll do

As a

Front Office Associate

, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests -- ensuring every moment of their stay feels special.


Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering a warm, professional welcome and assisting guests with check-in/check-out Handling guest enquiries and concerns promptly and with care Anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile to exceed expectations Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance each stay Upholding Marriott's high standards of service, safety, and presentation Supporting and mentoring new team members to ensure consistency and quality

What we're looking for

We're seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven team player who:




Has at least

1 year of customer service experience

(hospitality experience preferred) Brings a warm personality, strong communication skills, and attention to detail Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Demonstrates a genuine passion for people and guest satisfaction
