Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front office Associate to oversee our hotel reception area and ensure guests receive exceptional service during their stay.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk operations and supervise the front desk staff
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance as needed
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Train new front desk staff on hotel procedures and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is essential
- Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and software
