Full Time Front of House Executive - Private DENTAL Practice Reading, Berkshire

HOURS:
Part time (3 days)
Monday - Thursday : 09:00-18:30
Friday: 09:00 - 14:00 (Some clinic days may run till 17:00 But that will be arranged prior)
Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 - 14:00 (Some clinic days may run till 17:00 but that will be arranged prior - 2 Saturdays a month)
24 hours per week (Salary will be 28-30k per annum based on 40 hour week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic Front of House Executive to join a modern Private Dental Practice in Reading.
The successful person will be confident, approachable and will take pride in offering a warm and personalised experience to patients. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Being patient centric is paramount to ensure our current patient base are well taken care of and new patients are always made to feel welcome.
The practice offers a wide range of treatments including, general dentistry & cosmetic dentistry offerings, so a Front of House Executive who is familiar with broad treatments or has worked in a similar environment would be preferable.
As a dental practice we are fanatical about hygiene, and now even more than ever, safety procedures need to be adhered to at all times as patient safety as well as staff safety is paramount.

Front of House Executive Responsibilities:
Greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner
Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
Ability to liaise with dental phobic patients well & plan ahead for them accordingly
First point of contact & efficient message handling
Tracking patient journey on SOE system (
NEEDS SOE EXPERIENC! Must
)
Solid understanding of treatment options & ability to upsell
Confident in upselling membership plans & communicating value to patients.
Support other team members in diary keeping
Administrative support to OTD team.
Coordinating & communicating clearly between both operational team & clinical team.
Ordering various administrative stock - maintain stock levels
Seeking new business development opportunities where relevant / possible
Ensuring any complaints from patients are passed on to practice manager or assistant practice manager so that they are dealt with efficiently and quickly.
Ensuring online enquiries are responded to within 24 hours
Rescheduling and rebooking patients where necessary
Ensuring patients are reminded for follow up appointments in their preferred method of contact and both patient journey & recalls are tracked daily.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Having worked in a dental practice before
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant demeanor, friendly & approachable
Experience within a clinical environment preferable
Proficient in using office applications / software (Excel, power point, word)
Ability to coordinate various tasks that need completion by more than one member of the team.
Ability to multi-task & adhere to deadlines
Good interpersonal skills
Managing patient journey, paying close attention to detail
Team player
Good administrative skills
Good diary management
UK drivers' license preferable
