Pattaya Sheep Farm, one of Pattaya's most popular and family-friendly tourist attractions, is looking for Receptionists to manage the ticket & reception counters and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for welcoming guests, handling ticketing, answering queries, and ensuring that every guest has a pleasant experience at the farm.
This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage both Indian and international guests with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception and ticket counters efficiently.
Welcome and assist Indian & foreign visitors with courtesy.
Provide accurate information about attractions, activities, and facilities.
Handle ticketing, customer service, and guest queries.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure a well-organized reception area.
Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth guest flow.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality / Tourism preferred).
2-5 years of experience in front office, hospitality, or customer service.
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/other languages are an advantage).
Professional, guest-oriented, and positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: INR 30,000 - 36,000 (based on experience).
Accommodation: Company-provided shared room with all facilities.
Fooding: 3 meals daily provided by the company.
