What you'll be doing & what we're looking for:

Greet guests warmly on arrival and bid them a fond farewell on departure.

Listen actively and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests.

Assist the Front Office Manager with daily operations and team supervision.

Run shifts and support team members to ensure efficient guest service.

Engage guests in conversations about their stay, hotel services, and local attractions.

Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, discounts, hotel outlets, and services.

Promote a strong team environment and collaborate to achieve shared goals.

Handle guest payments and follow proper cash handling procedures.

Train, coach, and support the Front Office team to boost engagement and development.

Be a team player with great communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.

Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not essential.

This is a part time position (20 hours ) working a variety of early or late shifts including weekends.
