Front Office Receptionist

Your Mission

You're the first smile, the warmest welcome, and the ultimate vibe-setter. Energetic, confident, and effortlessly cool, you'll make every guest feel at home from the moment they arrive. You'll keep the front desk buzzing with efficiency, personality, and unmistakable Moxy charm.

What You'll Be Doing

Owning the Welcome

- You'll check guests in and out with ease, energy, and that signature Moxy style.

MOXY Bar & Front Desk Hybrid

- As we blur the lines between bar and reception, you'll at times assist with serving drinks, creating connections, and keeping the atmosphere lively.

Keeping Communication Smooth

- Handle calls, guest queries, and requests with confidence and speed.

Problem-Solving Like a Pro

- Tackle challenges with creativity and calm, always putting the guest experience first.

Creating the Buzz

- Promote hotel offerings, events, and local happenings to help guests get the most out of their stay.

Team Player Energy

- Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and the wider crew to keep the hotel running like a dream.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hotel reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles A people person -- outgoing, confident, and great at creating memorable moments Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering standout service Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, playful environment Comfortable using hotel systems (training provided) A natural ambassador for the Moxy brand -- energetic, stylish, and full of personality
