We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
oManaging guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
Providing outstanding customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with inquiries at the Front Desk.
Ensuring effective communication of any issues during handovers at the start and end of each shift.
Serve drinks from the bar when required.
