We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our dynamic Front of House team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. From check-in to check-out, your commitment to high service standards and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greeting all guests upon arrival and making them feel instantly welcome
Managing the check-in and check-out process, including explaining hotel facilities and policies
Accurately processing bookings, cancellations, and amendments
Handling guest inquiries and providing knowledgeable advice on local attractions, restaurants, and transport
Creating and finalizing bills, and processing payments with precision
Addressing and resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room availability and timely preparation
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times
Working Hours
Shifts are scheduled over 5 out of 7 days per week
Flexibility is required to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster
What We're Looking For
A warm, courteous, and professional manner
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency with booking systems and payment processing (training provided if needed)
Pay: 12.50 per hour
