Silcox Rentals are looking for a booking administrator, to join a family run business in Pembroke Dock. This job role would also include dealing with sister companies Haven Self Storage and Campervan Escapes Pembrokeshire.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will need to be capable of:
Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
Checking in/out vehicles for hire
Answering calls and taking bookings on our booking system
Dealing with client queries and taking messages
Reception administration including dealing with correspondence
Taking payments and end of day banking
Ensuring Reception and front of house cleaning duties are completed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
