We are seeking a versatile, professional and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, office-based administration, hands-on vehicle management, returning and collecting vehicles, ensuring our daily hire operations run smoothly and professionally. and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and have prior office or clerical experience. This is a paid position suitable for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:
Managing emails, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining an organised filing system for rental agreements and compliance paperwork.
Computer Literacy:
Daily use of MS Office and ProHire Booking Systems to process bookings and update vehicle status.
Vehicle Handovers:
Conducting thorough "check-in" and "check-out" inspections with customers, documenting any damage, and verifying fuel/mileage levels.
Fleet Coordination:
Moving vehicles around the site to ensure they are ready for hire. This includes vehicles of varying sizes (from small cars to large vans).
Customer Service:
Providing a friendly and efficient experience for all clients during the hire process.
