You will provide our guests with excellent service: as a friendly voice on the phone, an amicable contact by email or with a welcoming smile at check-in. As part of our Front Office and Reservations team, you will be responsible for:

Looking after our guests, including check-in and check-out. Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options. Maintaining Property Management Systems, as well as our electronic bookings systems. Producing and verifying invoices, including managing payments Cash transactions and cashing up. Administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. managing no-shows, answering emails)

Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer service industry or be looking for a change of career. Have an excellent sense of quality and service, hosting skills and a passion for hospitality. Be open and communicative and have a solid command of (written and spoken) English. * Be a team player and be willing to assist your colleagues across the hotel - we achieve our results together!
