We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to assist the opening and ongoing success of the dual-branded Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott in Belfast's iconic Titanic Quarter, opening in Q1 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to assist in the launch of two of Marriott's most dynamic brands--Aloft, known for its bold design and social energy, and Residence Inn, crafted for longer stays and residential comfort--in one vibrant destination.
Position Summary
We're looking for a Front Office Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and can inspire a team to deliver exceptional service from the very first guest interaction.
What You'll Do
Lead the reception team to ensure smooth, efficient, and warm guest check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain high standards of service and presentation across all guest-facing areas.
Train, support, and develop the reception team to deliver consistent excellence.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a branded hotel environment.
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Highly organised with an eye for detail and a calm demeanour under pressure.
