The Role





As a Shift Leader, you will oversee Front Desk operations during your assigned shift, ensuring high standards of guest service. Responsibilities include briefing your team on VIP guests and special events, monitoring receptionist performance and appearance with a focus on training and teamwork, and maximizing revenue through effective up-selling. You will also manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth and satisfying guest experience.


The Person





The ideal candidate is a confident, service-focused individual with previous front office or supervisory experience in hospitality. They have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Professional and adaptable, they excel in team management and handling guest concerns. Experience with Hilton systems is preferred but not essential. A flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and holidays.
