Front Office Supervisor

Your Role: As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll ensure every guest receives a seamless and memorable reception experience. You'll lead by example, support your team, and uphold the highest standards of service.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Deliver exceptional guest service with genuine care and attention


2. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction


3. Oversee daily operations of the Front Desk, maintaining efficiency and accuracy


4. Coach and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and development

About you:

Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about customer service and motivated to change and grow.
