Main Duties
Check guests in and out on the hotel front office system
Liaise with housekeeping to check rooms inventory
Welcome visitors and assist with enquiries
Take payments on the by BACS, electronic or cash
About You
Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
Good communication and organisation skills
Confident using a computer and handling admin tasks
Reliable, professional, and friendly attitude
