Job Overview


We're looking for a friendly, organised

Front Office Team Member

to join our reception team. You'll be the first point of contact for meeting and greeting guests and staff, helping to keep our front desk running smoothly.

Main Duties



Check guests in and out on the hotel front office system Liaise with housekeeping to check rooms inventory Welcome visitors and assist with enquiries Take payments on the by BACS, electronic or cash

About You



Previous reception or customer service experience preferred Good communication and organisation skills Confident using a computer and handling admin tasks Reliable, professional, and friendly attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
