Ibis London Wembley is looking for positive team member to support the reception team and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What will you do?

xc2xb7 Welcome the guests and consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
xc2xb7 Contribute to guest's satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
xc2xb7 Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
xc2xb7 Review arrivals, ensure that special requests are met and service is anticipatory.
xc2xb7 Handle Guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas and ensuring the utmost satisfaction in resolutions.
xc2xb7 Assist in growing ALL program membership.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Front Office Manager, you will become part of a friendly team of 30 talents. Our hotel offers 210 Ibis rooms, and a bar-restaurant.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
This is a full-time position (39 hours per week), with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday and two days off per week. The hourly rate is 313.88.
Only candidates with the legal right to work full-time in the UK will be considered.
