28,000-32,000 + performance bonus



Clinica Vitalis is a premium, doctor-led clinic specialising in skin health, aesthetics, and integrated wellness. We operate to high clinical and service standards and work with a discerning client base.

We are looking for a

senior front-of-house professional

to run the reception desk and coordinate the day-to-day flow of the clinic.

About the Role
You will be physically based at the front desk and will be the first point of contact for all clients.

Alongside standard reception duties, you will be trusted with additional responsibility for client experience, bookings, and clinic flow.

Your role is to ensure:

Clients feel welcomed, confident, and well guided The right patients are booked into the right services Clinician time is protected The clinic runs smoothly and calmly throughout the day
Key ResponsibilitiesFront-of-House & Reception

Welcoming clients and managing check-in/check-out Answering phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries Managing bookings, payments, and deposits Maintaining a calm, professional reception environment
Client Experience & Value-Led Sales

Confidently explaining consultations, services, memberships, and products Discussing pricing and packages clearly and professionally Supporting appropriate upsell of products and programmes Converting suitable enquiries into booked consultations
Clinic Flow & Coordination

Managing clinician diaries and room usage Coordinating patient flow on clinic days Enforcing cancellation and DNA policies consistently Acting as the link between clinicians and clients

Who This Role Is For

This role suits someone who:

Is happy working

Essential: Has experience with premium clients or brands (private healthcare, dental, aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, concierge services)

Is comfortable discussing money, packages, and products Can balance warmth with firmness Is organised, composed, and reliable Enjoys ownership and responsibility without needing a managerial title
Salary & Bonus

Salary:

28,000-32,000 FTE (depending on experience)

Performance bonus:

Linked to: enquiry-to-consultation conversion diary utilisation DNA and cancellation control appropriate product or membership conversion

Total package:
