Job Description
A Frying Assistant (or Assistant Fryer) typically works in busy take away and is responsible for:
Preparing and frying chips and other foods.
Cleaning the preparation area and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the shop.
Serving customers when needed and ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintaining food hygiene and performing end-of-shift cleaning duties.
