The purpose of this contract position is to provide help and support to the Business Development & Marketing and Communications team during a period of parental leave.
This role has four main elements:Supporting the Head of Marketing & Communications with managing external communications and digital channels
Ensuring that the firm's visual brand remains strong and is used consistently across the website, branded items and digital channels
Managing administration within the Business Development & Marketing and Communications team including arrangements for new starters, managing invoicing, and distribution of branded items across offices
Supporting the practice teams with event management
Key Responsibilities
Working under the Head of Marketing & Communications, the main responsibilities of this role is to:Manage Bedell Cristin's key digital channels: client mailers, the website, and social media accounts
Oversee compliance with the visual brand in all materials (including digital)
Liaise with Knowledge Management and legal practice groups on the management, sign-off and publication of written content
Liaise with the Business Development team and legal practice groups on the management of marketing and communication elements surrounding Business Development trips, conference attendance, speaking opportunities and events. Including:
o Event webpages
o Social media posts
o Event invitations
o Merchandise Work with the CRM to accurately record, arrange and access data about Bedell Cristin network
Support the Head of Marketing & Communications on campaigns and projects to support legal practice groups to deliver their business plan objectives
Support practice groups on event management and staffing events

Qualifications
Good A-Levels and ideally educated to degree level
May hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification
Knowledge/skills/experience
An awareness and understanding of social media platforms
Strong IT and organisational skills
An understanding of CRM systems would be an advantage
