PART TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (16 hours Monday and Tuesday)
Duties/Responsibilities
Liaise with Payroll bureau
Collating all timesheets from the relevant Managers
Cross referencing of all job sheets to submitted time sheets
Checking break entitlements taken
Inputting and uploading all information via a spreadsheet
Any deductions to be dealt with e.g. attachment of earnings
Maintain confidentiality of employees' pay records at all times
Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
Ensure all information is received to the set deadlines
Assist with Purchase Ledger
Assist with Credit Control
Other Ad-hoc administration/office duties;
Line Manager or Director requests are to be completed within the same day or within timescale provided by them.
Experienced required

Excellent organization skills
Good communications skills, written and verbal
An ability to work efficiently under pressure
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
