Fuel Station Manager - Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the fuel station to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe functioning
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Ensure excellent customer service standards across forecourt, convenience store, and cashier operations
Monitor fuel levels, coordinate fuel deliveries, and manage inventory for fuel, lubricants, and store merchandise
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and fuel-handling regulations
Maintain accurate cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and financial reporting
Prevent fuel losses, theft, and shrinkage through effective controls and monitoring
Handle customer complaints and incidents professionally and promptly
Ensure all equipment (fuel pumps, POS systems, tanks, safety systems) is properly maintained and operational
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures and company policies
Oversee cleanliness, visual presentation, and merchandising of the station and convenience store
Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Ensure emergency procedures are followed and staff are trained in safety and spill response
Prepare reports on sales, inventory, staffing, and operational performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
