Job Description

Malary Ltd is a privately owned business trading for 40 years operating in two specialist areas 1) Recovery of hazardous waste to produce alternative fuels for UK industry and 2) Asset protection including the maintenance, cleaning, decommissioning and installation of tanks, pumps, pipelines and flood protection systems at client premises in the UK. We are currently recruiting to support our rapidly growing Fuel Management Services.

Role Summary



Reporting to : Operations Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Job type: Full - time, Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week

As a fuel systems engineer, you will be required to travel around the UK with some nights away depending on location. You will be expected to deliver services to fuel systems supporting Datacentres and Communications backup generators.

Key elements of the Job



Tank pressure testing, visual examinations and reports Fuel tank installation prestart surveys Fuel conditioning equipment installation Pipework replacement Fuel filtration Fuel sampling Pump and pipework installations Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard set by the company and that all work complies to OFTEC, building and our client's specifications where applicable Ensuring all paperwork is completed fully and handed to the office in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills



OFTEC 600A qualification Good understanding of fuel systems and tanks At least 3 years' experience in steel pipework installations Experience in maintaining fuel oil tank, pumps and pipework Full clean UK driving license CSCS/CCNSG card
