Role Overview:
The role of Fulfilment 3PL Account Manager will see you work as part of growing Fulfilment Division managing our key customers based in our Southam Fulfilment Centre and reporting directly into our Head of Operations. This role will see you take complete ownership of a portfolio of key accounts worth over 2 million annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing a professional and World Class Customer Experience to a portfolio of key accounts based in our Southam operations
Being the day-to-day contact on site, effectively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure SLA's and revenue targets are achieved
Responsible for the administration of system led processes for the flow of inbound and outbound goods
Responsible for Weekly Fulfilment invoicing ensuring we are capturing all costs and invoicing our customers correctly.
Responsible for supporting and leading on aspects of the introduction of highly sophisticated systems to improve both business efficiencies and the services we offer our customers.
Working closely with the Planning team to ensure customer's transport requirements are met within SLAs
Cross-selling transport to storage customers (and vice-versa) to increase divisional revenues
Successfully deliver pricing and margin enhancement strategies.
To understand and actively engage in our Company culture including our Purpose & Values schedule including weekly huddles, High Performance Plans and Company workshops.

Basic Salary 35k - 37k pa based on previous experience.
