As the business moves forward we need to be focused on "Key Performance Indicators" as such this role will develop, record and report KPI's for the production process. The individual will also be focused on driving improvements and efficiencies in the production process and will ideally have experience of Lean Thinking and manufacturing techniques - training can be organised for candidates that have yet to have this experience.
This is a hands-on role and would suit an individual that likes to get involved in the operations of the business.
Fulfilment / Warehouse Manager Role:
Manage the daily administration and warehouse operations.
Lead continuous improvements projects in conjunction with Production Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsible for site Health & Safety.
Responsible for ensuring customer orders are despatched accurately and on time.
Responsible for compliance with SALSA and Health & Safety regulations.
Responsible for staff development and training.
Responsible for warehouse cleanliness and cleaning - ensuring both internal and contract cleaners maintain agreed standards.
Management of administration and warehouse staff, appraisals, developments plans, training in conjunction with company requirements, return to work forms, recruitment.
Cost reduction programs - work with the Director on reducing all costs within the business.
Maintain and keep up to date all company IT applications - Rotacloud, Unleashed, Teams etc
Responsible for adherence of company policies are adhered to i.e. uniform, mobile phones.
Oversee Amazon Pick & Pack operation.
Work with and review transport providers - seeking best price and best service.
Responsible for the collation and production of KPI data.
Ensure that monthly stock checks are performed for raw materials and finished goods
Key Performance Indicators:
Clean SALSA and supplier audits - minimal number of improvements per audit.
On Time Deliveries in line with company targets.
Pick Errors - reduce and work towards company targets.
Drive company performance in line with its annual plan / profit target.

Requirements:
Previous management experience.
Lean Production Experience - or the willingness to take structured Lean Training.
Approachable manner and the ability to develop and train staff.
Flexible approach to work and working.
HCAAP Level 3.
First Aid at Work.
Fire Marshall.
Excellent IT Skills - Word, Excel, Teams, Unleashed
Fort Lift Licence would be an advantage
