Job Description

Due to expansion of the business, we're looking for a part time Fulfilment Picker & Packer to join our small team. This will initially be to cover maternity leave, with the potential of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate. This role is in a very busy, fast paced environment.

Operating Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Part Time hours can be discussed with successful candidates Working 1 in 5 Saturday mornings (8am - 12pm) during busier winter months on a rota basis 30 minute Lunch Break 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Salary can be negotiable dependant on experience

The Company:

Unvented Components Europe are the UK's leading online specialists in plumbing and heating spares and experts in Unvented Hot Water Cylinder systems. Supplying spares for manufacturers and stocking thousands of parts in our warehouses sold through multiple channels including eBay, Amazon and our own website, we also serve walk-in customers at our head office in Gledrid, near Chirk.

The Role:

Picking and packing orders for dispatch as required. Taking delivery of goods and checking against delivery notes. Prepping goods in for dispatch - unboxing, labelling and storing in correct location. Prepping goods to be sent to Amazon Fulfilment. Using the tape machine to prepare small parcels. Using a tablet and PC to update in-house stock levels. Maintaining accurate paperwork to drive stock accuracy. Keeping the stores and despatch area in a neat and organised manner.

The Ideal Candidate:

No experience needed as full training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions. Comfortable with physical work as the role does include some heavy lifting. Can work both to their own initiative and as part of a team. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Punctual and reliable. Flexible working approach, with the ability to adapt working hours and provide cover for colleagues' annual leave. Positive attitude and a sense of humour.
