Key Responsibilities (Our Performance)

Accurately

pick, pack, and prepare orders

for dispatch according to client and company standards. Goods-in - Unloading products from trailers. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment. Support inventory counts and contribute ideas for warehouse efficiency improvements. Represent

Skills, Experience & Qualities (Our Promise)

Essential:

Applicants must be within commutable distance to Bury St Edmunds or Mildenhall, Suffolk. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment. Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills (scanners, order systems, etc.). Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS). Understanding of order fulfilment and courier processes. Able to handle a fast paced working environment with accuracy.

Desirable:

Forklift, LLOP, pallet truck experience.

Hours of Work:

Full-time, [8am-5pm]. Flexibility will be required during peak periods. Overtime available.

Salary: 13.50 per hour
