The Role

We're looking for a reliable, accurate and enthusiastic Fulfilment Picker & Packer to join our busy Warehouse team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch Receiving deliveries and checking goods against delivery notes Preparing stock for storage, dispatch and Amazon Fulfilment Unboxing, labelling, and organising products into correct warehouse locations Updating stock levels on our in-house system using a PC and/or tablet Keeping our warehouse organised, tidy and safe Supporting the team with general warehouse fulfilment tasks Optional forklift operation (training provided)
This role involves standing and moving for most of the day and occasional lifting of parcels up to 25kg - great for anyone who likes to stay active and get plenty of steps in.

Working Hours

Full-time preferred: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Part-time options available for exceptional candidates 1 in 5 Saturday mornings (8am - 12pm) during busier winter months 30-minute lunch break 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 additional day for each full year of service (up to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years of service)

The Ideal Candidate

Experience isn't essential as full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who:

Is accurate, organised and able to follow instructions Enjoys physical, active work Is punctual, reliable and takes pride in their job Works well as part of a small, supportive team Can use their initiative and work independently when needed Has a positive mindset and gets along with others Fits in well into our team culture Can be flexible during busy periods and help cover holidays
A driving license is preferred due to our location but not required
