The Cliff Hotel is a well established and respected venue known for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a welcoming and lively atmosphere. We are currently seeking professional and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our front-of-house team.

Role Overview:

As a Bartender atthe cliff hotel, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of beverage service to our guests. You will have a strong knowledge of drink preparation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with company recipes and presentation standards Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Monitor and manage stock levels, including restocking as required Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations Collaborate effectively with other team members to support smooth service operations

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanour Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and wines, is an advantage Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
