Job Overview:

We are seeking Qualified, dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners (including room lead) to join our small but growing team.

We have both full and part time positions available immediately.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine love for working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their development.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Observe and monitor children's progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being of each child
- Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, progress, and any incidents
- Support children with personal care tasks, such as feeding, toileting, and dressing
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Follow all health and safety regulations in accordance with nursery policies

Qualifications:

-Relevant Level 3 or above qualification essential
- Previous experience working with children in an early childhood education setting would be an advantage
-Good communication skills
- The ability to manage group of children effectively
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
