You will play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development during their early years, using your skills and knowledge to help them achieve the very best start in life. Our approach focuses on

natural, child-led learning

within a calm, spacious environment rich in natural resources.

Requirements

Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification

(Level 3 or above desirable) Proven experience working with children

under 5

Up-to-date knowledge of the

EYFS Statutory Framework

A genuine passion for early childhood education Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team
