We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our food and drink staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons while delivering exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Serve food and drink in our busy restaurant and bar. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant & bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed. Handle cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws. Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and replenishing supplies as necessary. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant & bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local licensing laws. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 40 per week
