We are looking for an Full Stack Developer to join our team in London!

Salary Range: 75,000-85,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer to join a cross-functional team focused on building and deploying scalable applications across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes environments. You will work closely with a DevOps Engineer to ensure that applications are not only well-architected and performant, but also deployment-ready from day one.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing clean, maintainable code, understands deployment constraints, and thrives in a collaborative environment where infrastructure and application development go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Code Quality & Standards:

Write clean, maintainable code following internal standards. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.

Deployment-Ready Development:

Collaborate with the DevOps Engineer to ensure applications are structured for seamless deployment in containerized and cloud environments.

Refactoring & Optimization:

Identify and implement improvements to enhance scalability, stability, and performance.

Cross-Platform Development:

Build and maintain features that run reliably across Windows and Linux environments.

API Development:

Design and implement RESTful APIs with robust error handling and performance in mind.

Knowledge Sharing:

Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation, presentations, and peer learning.

Automation Support:

Write scripts and tools to support automated deployment and testing pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in backend development using

C# or Java

(ideally both). Strong experience with

REST APIs

and service-oriented architecture. Solid understanding of

SQL

and

NoSQL

databases. Familiarity with

GitLab CI/CD pipelines

or similar tools. Experience working across the

full software development lifecycle

. Strong communication skills in

English

, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

Experience with

Unix/Linux

environments. Familiarity with

Docker

and

Kubernetes

. Exposure to

Node.js

or other backend languages. A polyglot mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
