University of Staffordshire is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager (Maternity Cover) to join the Marketing, Brand and Voice Department. The role will be responsible for managing marketing campaign activity for all modes of study, in domestic and overseas markets. They will line manage a team of Marketing Campaign Officers responsible for campaign planning and optimisation, content, channel plans and collateral development.
Working collaboratively across Marketing and Recruitment teams and Academic Schools, role responsibilities also include media agency management and leading the Undergraduate marketing campaign. They will have access to marketing and recruitment data and will be responsible for reporting on campaign activity and identifying opportunities to drive strategic and impactful results for University of Staffordshire.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
Significant experience in digital marketing and campaign management
Demonstrable experience in audience segmentation and targeting
Experience of working successfully with media buying agencies/marketing suppliers to drive results
Demonstrable experience using marketing and recruitment/sales data to evaluate marketing content and engagement
Strong data analysis, interpretation and influencing skills
Experience in team management
Contract length will be 12 months from January 2026
