Job Description

We are looking to add full time baristas to our team in Blackburn, Aberdeenshire to enable us to provide outstanding customers service to our customers. The role would require working various shifts Monday-Sunday, flexibility is key.

The role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks' success by providing legendary customer service to all customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; discovering and responding to customers' needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers. Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those of cash handling, security and health & safety, to our customers and partners at all times.
