We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that every drink meets our quality standards. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to food safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain an organised till. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate. Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions and managing orders effectively. Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours. A commitment to food safety practices is essential for maintaining high hygiene standards in the workplace. A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
