We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experianced Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain food safety standards will ensure a pleasant experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety regulations.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering queries.

- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely service.

- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions with basic maths skills.

- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all products meet quality standards.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a cafe or similar environment is preferred.

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.

- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
