, Lisburn. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests, providing attentive and efficient service.

Key responsibilities in this role:

Customer Service:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed. Serve beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction. Address customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Food and Beverage Knowledge:

Have knowledge and understanding of the menu, including ingredients/ allergens. Make suggestions and upsell items to enhance the guest dining experience.
Teamwork:

Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and complete other tasks as required. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Follow alcohol service policies and check identification when serving alcohol.
Cash Handling:

Handle cash and payments accurately, including processing credit card transactions. Maintain a balanced cash register and provide change as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food and beverage service role preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be over 18 due to working with alcohol.
Availability for evenings, weekends and days is essential for this position.
