Experience is preferred but not essential as training can be given.

Confidence is a must. You will be required to be chatty, be able to have conversations and build relations with regular customers, remembering their usual drinks in order to provide the best customer experience for the local regulars.

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at a vibrant Pub Restaurant in the heart of the city.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders

- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations

- Process payments and operate the cash register

- Assist in food preparation when needed

Skills:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments

- Knowledge of food safety practices- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
