Job Description
Walls Food Hall is looking for talented and experienced Butchers to join our dedicated team. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality meats and exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
Prepare, portion, and present meat products to the highest standard Support with pre-packing and display of meats and other food products Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency across all products Safely and efficiently operate butchery equipment Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Butcher. Strong knowledge of meat cuts and butchering techniques. A good understanding of food safety practices and regulations. The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications (preferred but not essential)
