We are a busy Vietnamese restaurant in Islington London, we pride ourselves on high-quality food and great service, and we're looking for a reliable Kitchen Staff to join our back-of-house team.
The Role
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes at the grill and fry station according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work area
Assist in food prep (cutting, marinating, portioning, etc.)
Support other stations when needed
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

Full-time
Previous kitchen experience is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and ability to work under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
