Full Time Care Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Carer to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in their own home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities - Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals - Implement care plans and provide support with daily living activities - Supervise and assist residents with personal care tasks - Drive residents to appointments or outings as required - Maintain a safe and clean environment within their own home - Demonstrate leadership skills when interacting with residents and colleagues Experience - Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is desirable - Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping is an advantage - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards residents - Knowledge of caregiving best practices and procedures
