About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Neva Manor Care Home. You will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued in a warm and homely environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting Supporting residents with mobility and mealtimes Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Assisting with activities and social engagement Recording and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour Following care plans, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures
About You
Kind, patient, and caring with a genuine passion for supporting others Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable and flexible to work shifts, including weekends Previous care experience is desirable but not essential -- full training provided
